
Spencer Kell is the founder of Love Soluble Inc. and brings a wealth of lived and professional experience, along with an educational background in addictions. He serves as the Executive Director of Love Soluble and the Center Director at the Manie Daniels Center, working to support individuals on their recovery journey. Spencer also sits on the 7th Step Society of Canada’s national board of directors which aims to help and support formerly incarcerated people inside and outside of the criminal justice system. A senior soldier with the Salvation Army, Spencer is deeply committed to helping those in need. His leadership and dedication continue to shape Love Soluble’s mission of hope, healing, and transformation.

Tom Cadenhead brings extensive leadership and financial expertise to Love Soluble as Treasurer. Now retired in Clifford, ON, he previously worked as a Technical Service Manager for an industrial products manufacturer. His board experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Presbyterian Church in Fergus, Chairing Local Missions and The Door Youth Centre, and holding key roles with Highlands Youth for Christ and The Canadian Bible Society. Tom remains active in his community, also serving on the executive of the Clifford Rotary Club.

Chaplain Joseph Weber is a husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose life and work are a testament to grace and transformation. In long-term recovery and celebrating 25 years of sobriety by the grace of God, Joe brings deep compassion and lived experience to his ministry and community service.
He is ordained through Chaplains International and serves actively in that capacity throughout the community. Joe is the Founder and CEO of Worth Saving Ministry, as well as the Creator and Host of The Freedom Project podcast, where he shares messages of hope and redemption. He also serves as an Elder at Bethesda Fellowship in Lanark.
A gifted musician and published author, Joe wrote Last Call: A Tale of Redemption, sharing his personal journey from addiction to faith. Now retired from an international telecommunications firm, he resides in Perth, Ontario, with his wife of 52 years, Teresa.

Rev. Dr. D. Bruce North was raised in Lanark County “North of 7” and has recently returned home after decades of ministry and service across Canada. Over the course of his 35-year career as an ordained minister with the Evangelical Missionary Church of Canada, Dr. North has been deeply involved in church planting, ethnic ministries, pastoral leadership, and chaplaincy within the Federal Prison System.
He has established and pastored churches in Toronto, Ottawa, and New Brunswick, and currently serves as Teaching Elder at Bethesda Fellowship in Lanark and Bridge Street Baptist Church in Carleton Place. In addition to his ministry, Dr. North is an active community member, serving on the Board of Directors of the Lanark Highlands Food Pantry and operating Northhaven Estate, a small rental accommodation business in Balderson, Ontario.
Dr. North holds a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies and a Master of Divinity from Tyndale Seminary (Toronto), as well as a Doctorate of Ministry from North Central Seminary. He is presently credentialed with the Independent Holiness Church of Canada.
